OK, so as promised here are the WonderCon pics!!!

Long car ride of "Are we there yet? Are we there yet?..."

We made it!!!

Got there and Trey was all alone...So sad. Upon my arrival it's clear I did absolutely nothing to cheer him up, hahahaha.

After clearly cheering up Trey, I posed with my girlfriend, Allyson. She's awesome!! She's basically like me, only sensible, cuter and with boobs!! And it was our first road trip together!! (Awwwwww....)

Ok, so Sunday we finally had some time to leave our God-forsaken booth and venture around. As a result I got to meet one of my huge heroes going all the way back to school: Ragnar!! You know you've made it when you only go by one name. And as usual, totally made an ass of myself, hahaha.

Bought some Silver guy's 2nd sketchbook and he drew this girl in it. Gotta support new up and coming artists, y'know?

WonderCon 2011

Wow, it's been a while but I figured I should probably post something....Just came back from WonderCon and had a blast!!! Thank you to all those that visited the Orange Shirt Studio booth!!! We're ecstatic that so many people dig what we're trying to do! We'll begin efforts to make a site and have links to purchase all items sold at Con including our new anthology, Unforeseen Voyage, including my own comic, "12 Bars"!....Pics of the expo to come soon!!!

Klassic Korner 3 (I think)

Hey so it's been a while since my last installment of Klassic Korner.....And I just couldn't resist this gem from days past.

I watched "a classic" the other day and I immediately searched for a comic I had created for Forkan's "Cartooning" class, from about 5-6 years ago......Forkan obviously had nothing but praise for it, hahahahaha. Do note the amazingly realistic, Torgo vibrating action. Enjoy!

Heeeeeeey, so Mexico was fun. The place we stayed at was insane! I'll try and post the pics as soon as I download 'em.

Anywho, I'm still a little behind on the posting, so here are some more sketches. I've started to gain some reference for my comic in terms of blues musicians. Been looking at some of my favorites to include within the pages of my masterpiece.

John Lee Hooker....By far the most difficult to draw out of the blues men I've chosen.


Willie Dixon heads....Weird because he seemed to have a different look in every image I've looked upon.


And this seems to be tradition, to have the oddest sketches at the end. It was supposed to be me originally but something went terribly, terribly wrong. Didn't really stop me from seeing it through though, haha. I may try and paint this one.

Oh man it's been a while since I've posted some sketches! Slightly behind here, so I'm just going to start posting a barrage of images. I have in my possession, even more, but those will have to wait until I GET BACK FROM MEXICO!! That's no joke.....Going for the weekend!

Da HELL with THIS!

OK, so while Sal laughs hysterically from the title I'll discuss a certain trip I just took for the hell of it. I went to Mammoth Mountain with my older brother for the first time and I must say it was a lot more fun than I thought it'd be.

Went fishin', played some high altitude tennis (I was dying by the 3rd point). and just plain, relaxed for the most part. I also went snowboarding for the first time in my life and I honestly don't think I was that bad...I guess the whole "knowing how to surf" thing helped on that one. Still funny to watch it though:
